The Dawn Chorus / The Retrospective Soundtrack Players - Blogging all over the World

My name is Kyle. I am a happily failing indie/punk/folk/country/rock musician from Hampshire, UK. I have been singing and songwriting in The Dawn Chorus since 2005, and The Retrospective Soundtrack Players since 2010. I love these two bands like my brother/wife rolled into one. This blog details the shows I have played with both bands, in chronological order.

A-list, playlist, please them, please them, please them, sadly this is our life

Afternoon all. Good news all round, we are being played on XFM! XFM unsigned, Thursday 26th January. You can phone in and vote for us if you think we sound good. But be honest. 'Michael' is going to be played between 10pm and 11pm. Find someone with a digital radio! This is going to be the equivalent of John and Paul pulling over the car to listen to Love Me Do on the radio for the first time.

Good news no.2, London Gig! Kentish Town Bull and Gate, Sunday 29th January. Remember Strokesmania back in 2001? Well times that by a really high number and you're still nowhere near. Seriously though, if you live down South we will endeavour to take a minibus along, so drop us a line if you want a space. And if you live in London, what are you waiting for? This could be the equivalent of when Macca first stumbled upon the Quarrymen at a Summer fete in 1961....

ok enough of that.
